Single Storey Extention

A single storey extention comprising of a bedroom and wetroom has part of Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG), on behalf of the local authority.

All works carried out: Footings, drainage alterations, double skin blockwork, timber trusses, roofing and plastics, window and door installtion, electrics and internal finish including wetroom and path for egress.

Porcelain Path

Working closely with our customers to create their vision, this bespoke garden pathway was designed and installed to create a striking and modern outdoor feature. Combining wood-effect porcelain tiles, decorative stone inlays, and dark contrasting borders, the path delivers a clean, contemporary finish while providing a durable and practical walkway through the garden.

Indian Pavestone

36sqm - rear patio area, in Raj Green Indian Pavestone with Mushroom (colour) joints. With a natural stone step in front of the patio doors. With Aco drains on the perimeter of the house to divert the surface water.

18sqm - bottom patio area, in Raj Green Indian Pavestone with Mushroom (colour) joints. With Aco drains on the perimeter of the retaining wall to divert the surface water, eleviating risk of any lime damage to the flagstones.

Kitchen Refurb

Complete install to create a modern and practical kitchen, designed to maximise storage and functionality,

Outdoor Seating & Patio

Built an outdoor seating area and finished with a sand & cement render and treated timber for seating and to complement the seating finished off with an indian stone patio area.

Fencing

Our customer wanted their fence to stand out so we delivered, We gained the height with a feather board bottom topped with a trellis to avoid it feeling enclosed.

K-Rend Garden Walls

Our client wanted the walls to match the house following recent works, this was achieved by applying Polar White - K-Rend.

Walls prepped, 2 coat base coat with mesh embedded and K-rend topcoat applied to finish.

Lime Pointing

Cleaned natural stone, installed 2no low level air bricks to ensure adequate ventilation, replaced defective mortar with the correct lime mix and due perished tarmac we cut back a strip and layed cold lay tarmac.

Pebble Dash & Rendering

Pebble dash to rear wall of single storey bungalow and rendering to garden walls, ready for painting.

Void Care

Instructed by a landlord to carry out works to ensure the property was ready for re-let. Works included:

Retiling above the bath due to damage.
Replaced the WHB and splashback
Adjusted kitchen units and internal doors to ensure operating correctly
Boxed in meter cupboard
Replaced leaking radiator
Carried out a deep clean of carpets and cleaned property throughout.
